Ministry Internship
The Ministry Internship creates the time and space for people to experience vocational ministry and discern God’s calling and purpose for their life. At the end of an internship year our goals are to see Interns:
Grow as disciples of Jesus
Sharpen their theology and ministry gifts
Know the next steps in God’s call for their life
Make a significant difference within and beyond NewHope
There are three components to the Ministry Internship:
Learning + Leading + Living
Interns will learn more about theology, ministry and leadership through formal study (optional) and involvement in NewHope’s Leadership Community.
Interns will experience real leadership and ministry responsibility, relevant to them, as a paid staff member of the church.
Interns will be supported and mentored in how to manage and thrive in life and ministry.
