The NewHope Church Story

NewHope is a Baptist Church, established in 2009 with a heart to reach and build people who express Jesus’ love to the people and neighbourhoods of the Hills District. The church has steadily grown through Sunday Gatherings, events in the local community and other ministries and Circles such as NewHope Kids, Youth and Hopscotch Playtime.

Our mission as a church is to see people encountering Jesus, experiencing community, and expressing God’s love to the world.

As a local church we have a BIG, GOD-GIVEN VISION and 5 core values that shape our direction as a church… That vision is:

to be a movement of local churches that inspire people to radically follow jesus, love others, and bring hope to their communities and beyond.
