Seminar: Parents Promoting Resilience in Their Children

Seminar: Parents Promoting Resilience in Their Children

from 20.00

As parents one of our most important tasks is to encourage and instil within our children the ability to cope with the changes and challenges of life. That ability is widely known as resilience.

Our children are growing up in a rapidly changing world, and facing both new and old challenges. The need for this quality - RESILIENCE - may be greater than ever.

The Parents Promoting Resilience in Their Children Seminar is an opportunity to learn practical strategies from an expert in the field of promoting resilience in children. It’s also an opportunity to make new connections with others in the same stage and season of life as you.

The seminar will help and encourage parents with young children through to teenagers alike.

Ruth Fordyce is a Sydney based Psychologist who works at the Resilience Centre in Epping, in the north western suburbs of Sydney.
